I recently had the pleasure of staying at this family-owned , and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The attention to detail and hospitality shown by the staff, especially towards my girlfriend who was in a wheelchair due to an injury, was truly remarkable. The personalized service extended to arranging a driver, Alex, who not only took us to explore nearby Inka sites but also became an indispensable part of our stay. The cleanliness and comfort of the room, particularly the exceptional beds, made our downtime incredibly relaxing. The convenient location near the local market and various restaurants allowed us to immerse ourselves in the vibrant local culture effortlessly. This hotel truly stands out for its exceptional service and attention to guest needs, making it a top recommendation for anyone visiting Cusco.
